Piano Move Pricing Depends on Several Factors. In practice, pricing can vary for a small upright compared to a grand piano or anywhere in between. Every move is different. As such, we price each move individually. Click here to learn more.
Once the order is placed; local movers try to schedule pickup within 14 days. Delivery on average is 30-75 days from when the item is picked up. The piano will remain with the local mover until our semi truck is available to pick up. Once we pick up the instrument from our local mover, you will receive an invoice and your piano will be making its way toward its final delivery destination. Time frames given are approximate not guarantees due to unknown factors, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Grand pianos are put onto their side on a padded board and then the three legs as well as the pedal lyre assembly is removed and the whole piano is blanket-wrapped and padded.
